TAU STRATEGY

 

TAU strategy is based on a logic model with the following outcomes and objectives:

The ultimate outcome is: Quality of Spend to ensure value for money and effective delivery to the South African citizens.

The intermediate outcome is: Effective Programme and Project Management, which contributes to the government priority outcome 12, “An efficient, effective and development orientated public service and an empowered, fair and inclusive citizenship” and falls within the mandate of the National Treasury.

The direct outcomes are:

  • Enhanced, enabled and sustained client capacity - building and developing the capacity of TAU
    Clients,

  • Developed and managed client base and partnerships -  knowledge creation and sharing to improve Client and government’s capacity,

  • Effective and efficient delivery of Business Support Services- to ensure that TAU is a well-managed, cost effective organisation delivering services to government institutions.
