TAU strives to be a centre of excellence for government consulting services.Strategic partnerships with selected local and international entities enables TAU to keep abreast of important developments, to access and leverage relevant knowledge available through partners and to share South African experiences and knowledge with relevant partners. Susan Ksiezopolski  of the Project Management Centre of Excellence (PMCoE) in Ontario, Canada visited TAU in January 2010

During this visit the TAU team engaged with Susan in a robust exchange of information and experiences with regard to the development and implementation of standardised project management methodologies in the public sector environment. The discussions showed that information exchange between TAU and PMCoE is beneficial to both organisations. During the visit, TAU showcased two TAU projects that benefited from the PPM methodology, namely the  South African Police Service (SAPS) DNA Laboratory, and the  Johannesburg Social Housing Company (JOSHCO).
