Dear Clients 

We wish you a happy and prosperous 2012, and would like to re-confirm our commitment to you. TAU will this year maintain its high professional standards, at the same time striving for continuous improvement in our service to you as our valued Client. We wish to continue to provide you with quality service and advice, whilst working in the best interest of government.  

Although we remain demand driven, we are open to exploring new ways of sharing our experience with you, or entering into partnerships to improve your performance - whether as a team, a work unit, or on divisional or departmental level.

We do recognise that departments still face challenges to secure appropriate staff, and we are competent to respond to that in innovative ways, through engagement, and in agreement with you.   

We are committed to our advisory, capacity building and development role, and as we realise that we may not be able to fulfill all your needs for support, we have developed the capability to work complementary to other support interventions you may have in your department, by supporting you with an integrated management approach. 

We can assist you in making the right decisions to suit your circumstances through good diagnosis, offering options, and building awareness of the implications of your decisions - thus empowering you to put the appropriate measures in place. 

We trust we can continue our support to all TAU Clients thus far, and welcome new ones to test our services to secure value for money and quality of spend on support required on programme and project management, along the whole project life-cycle.
