Susan had valuable strategic discussions with Robert Cohen (TAU Long-term Technical Advisor) and gained first-hand impressions of the results of TAU’s technical assistance to JOSHCO through an on-site visit to the City Deep Project, which involved the transformation from a single sex hostel to family units.
