Q: How often does the panel refresh?

A: Once a year

Q: As a service provider, I am currently on the panel can I add more CVs?

A: No, CVs can only be replaced by CVs that are equal or better.

Q: How many CVs can a service provider on the panel add?

A: CVs are limited to 10 per service provider. 

Q: I am currently on the panel with less than 10 CVs can I add CVs with the refreshment process?  

A: More CVs can be put forward during the refreshment/renewal bid limited to 10 CVs without having to replace 

Q: As a service provider on the panel, why I am not getting any projects and contracts?  

A: Being on the panel does not guarantee that you organisation will get the projects and contracts (please refer to 3.26.1.2 or bid document regarding guarantee). 

Q: Why is it important for me as a service provider to give the TAU panel new or updated contact details? 

A: This is to ensure that you receive the request for proposal and get timely and updated information. Please also ensure the contact person is still part of your organisation. 

Q: Why is it important to have a valid tax clearance certificate? 

A: Government policy demands that the panel only deal with service providers who have their tax matters in order.
